Emily Bullard

Emily is a certified fitness trainer through the National Personal Training Institute and has been practicing yoga for nine years. In 2010 she obtained her clinical nutrition certification from the Natural Healing Institute, and began working with people privately, helping them to improve the balance in their lives and achieve a healthier lifestyle. Certified with the Yoga Alliance in 2015 and soon after as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor in 2016, Emily recently visited the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas, where she immersed herself completely in the yogic lifestyle. For Emily, yoga is not just a practice, but a rich and fulfilling lifestyle.

Rosalyn White

RosRosalyn has studied meditation and Tibetan art under the guidance of the Tibetan Buddhist teacher, Tarthang Tulku, for over forty years. She holds a BFA in Fine Arts from the California College of Art and a teaching credential from UC Berkeley. She is currently Co-Director of Ratna Ling and has been teaching classes in meditation and sacred art for over 25 years. The depth and breadth of the Tibetan teachings have had a profound influence on her life, and inspired her to share her knowledge in order to help others to find the beauty and purpose in their lives. Her goal is that in your time with her you will get in touch with a stiller, deeper part of yourself and a gain sense of health and balance.

Shari Sunshine

Shari has been a consistent meditation practitioner since 1976 and has studied with outstanding meditation masters from traditions all over the world, including His Holiness the Dalai Lama. She holds a B.A. degree from Naropa University and a Master’s degree from World Medicine Institute in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has studied with Qi Gung masters in China, Hawaii and Thailand, and movement teachers in the U.S. and Israel. Shari welcomes you to experience the joy and discovery of meditation and meditative movement during your time together.
