Ratna Ling personal retreats provide the opportunity for spiritual nourishment in an environment that promotes mindfulness and relaxation. Our personal retreats are crafted to give you space to relax, breathe the fresh air and be in nature, and participate in classes that compliment your self-healing journey.
Packages include lodging in our spacious, private Cottages (click to take a Virtual Tour), yoga, meditation and classes in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, wholesome vegetarian meals, and use of the facilities and grounds. Our lodging can very comfortably accommodate singles or up to a family of four. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished and feature queen-size beds. Personal Retreat packages have a two-night minimum requirement, although we recommend 3-4 nights to truly unwind and re-balance. “Begin your retreat early by giving yourself the gift of a leisurely, unhurried drive up the coast…As you make your way north, surrounded by the beauty of the coastline, all the worries, concerns and unfinished details begin to fade into the background. Your heart will begin to feel a little lighter and freer and your mind will become more spacious. By the time you arrive at Ratna Ling, your retreat will have already begun.”–Janice Gates, Yoga Teacher and Author of Yogini: The Power of Women in Yoga
