Come together with fellow women to celebrate our innate strength, wisdom, and compassion. We will celebrate the importance of connecting with girlfriends and remember all the beautiful parts of being a woman. This time is to reconnect to the sacred feminine and cultivate a community of sisterhood and solidarity through deep listening, laughter, self-care, and ceremony. This retreat is for you if you love women, miss your sisters, or want to deepen your relationship with the feminine, soft, sexy, strong, surrendered parts of yourself.

These yoga classes are designed for all levels, incorporating breathing, stretching, and fluid movements. The postures and techniques help to stabilize and calm the nervous system, strengthen muscles, and tone the organs, bringing more ease and circulation throughout the body. You can expect to feel more relaxed, aware, harmonized, and energized from this yoga practice.
Energy Meditation is a powerful method of meditation by focusing on the grounding and life-force energies within each of us. This allows the meditator the opportunity to create a space of stillness, healing and centeredness. Students can access a profound sense of presence, an activation of their personal energies, and a surrendered acceptance into stillness.
Explore fun and fresh ways to play! Get creative with how you move in your voice, body, mind, and emotions. This session will give you a safe space to discover and free any thoughts or feelings that haven’t been able to be expressed in other arenas of your life.
Set your inner goddess free with yoga, movement, and dance! Connect with all the chakras, shakti energy, and feel the flow of life throughout your entire body. This session will include guided breathing, visualization, freestyle forms, and lots of fun and play!

Born and raised in Hawaii, Gloria has been teaching vinyasa since 2006, studying Tibetan Buddhism since 2004, and singing devotional music since she was a young child. She earned her 200-hour certificate from Yoga Hawaii and her 300-hour certificate with Raghunath Cappo and Radhanath Swami in India. Her aim is to help others cultivate an intimate relationship with themselves and their surroundings so that they can live more fully, with love, peace, gratitude and well-being. Christine manages our Group Retreats and is a co-creator of many of our Programs. She is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Civil & Family Law Mediator. She uses mindfulness practices and techniques in her therapy and mediation practices. She is a passionate listener and loves to help others touch the infinite wisdom which lives in each of us.

A Portland native, Mckenzie is an actress, producer, and yoga teacher in Los Angeles. She is a practitioner of drama therapy and is currently earning her Master’s Degree in Education. She has been facilitating women’s circles for the past 4 years and is passionate about the healing of our planet through creative expression, honesty, and spiritual practice.

Mia discovered yoga and meditation in 1992 after a car accident resulting in a back injury requiring surgery. Yoga and meditation, at a young age, became her medicine for the injury. She has been able to avoid surgery for 25 years as a result of her practice. Mia completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Shivakali Yoga in 2017. A Los Angeles native, Heldine has been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since December 2016. She earned 500 hours of yoga certification with Shivakali Yoga, studying alignment-based vinyasa and elemental tantra. She started taking pole and twerk dance classes in January 2017. Heldine sees yoga and dance as meditative ways to deepen awareness about one’s body and thoughts and hopes to give others the tools they need to find deeper self-love.
