Kristina is a Sound Ceremony Facilitator, Yoga Instructor, Breathwork Guide, and Usi Reiki Practitioner dedicated to spreading the love of holistic wellness and meditation to the world. Kristina curates individual healing programs and experiences that are a custom blend of these holistic modalities designed to empower each person towards their own inner healing. Teaching a loving and presence-based practice that serves to awaken the body and soften the mind, so that you can become your own healer and step into your own power.
