6c rolled oats
1c chopped nuts of your choice (we use almonds)
1/2c flax seeds
1 1/3c sunflower seeds
(or any combo of seeds your like)
1/2c coconut
3/4 c coconut oil
1/2 c Honey (or maple syrup or agave for Vegan)
1 1/3c golden raisins
1/3c dried cranberries (or dried fruits of your choice)

Mix together the oats, chopped nuts, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and coconut until mixed uniformly.

In a sauce pan warm and stir to combine coconut oil and honey. Once warm and thin in consistency, pour over dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Spread evenly on a sheet pan and bake at 375 degrees, stirring frequently (every 10 minutes), until uniformly brown.  Let cool, then add dried fruits. Store in an air-tight container *keeping in the fridge will keep it fresh for up to a month*

Add to your morning yogurt, bring along as a crunchy snack, or have as a yummy cereal with fresh berries.

Optional additions or substitutions: Chia seeds, Poppy seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Amaranth, Cinnamon.
