The main goal of a meditation retreat is to deepen one’s practice of meditation in a supportive, structured, and serene environment. It allows individuals to focus intensely on meditation, free from the distractions of everyday life, fostering personal growth, mindfulness, and spiritual development.

Yes, all of our retreats are paid. Click on the individual retreat you are interested in to find the price.
Not a problem! Our retreats are open to beginners and experts alike. We have staff on hand to help beginners figure things out.
  • Sun Protection: Hat, sun block, sunglasses, breathable long-sleeved shirts, etc.
  • Rain gear, umbrella and good sturdy shoes during the rainy season
  • Appropriate outerwear for the season
  • Yoga clothes or clothes that allow you to move freely
  • Flashlight (it can get extremely dark outside at night and there is very limited outdoor lighting)
  • Water bottle
  • Alarm clock
  • Slip-on shoes or slippers for indoors
  • Insect repellent for summer retreats
  • Personal hygiene items such as your favorite shampoo, moisturizer, toothbrush/paste, soap etc. (Towels, bedding, shampoo and hand-soap is provided)
  • Calling cards for international calls. Domestic calls are complimentary.
  • Meal service is provided, however, you are welcome to bring additional snacks and beverages into your cottage.

Participants often report a range of benefits, including deeper self-awareness, reduced stress, enhanced mindfulness, a greater sense of peace, and insights into their thoughts and behaviors. The experience can vary greatly from person to person.
