Here’s our third round of Ratna Ling LIVE, every Thursday from 6-7pm via Zoom!
Since we aren’t hosting retreats in-person at this time, we want to connect with you weekly via Zoom! You can still receive wonderful and beneficial teachings with our volunteer staff on yoga, meditation, dharma, music, and self-care.

July 16: Tibetan Buddhist Meditation with Rosalyn White
Get an introduction to the 6 Perfections and then sit in meditation.
July 23: Attuning the Senses with GUEST TEACHER Kate Vogt
Poetry and explorations of the senses, inspired by Nature. Please have a living plant or flower nearby.
July 30: Practice of Mantra with GUEST TEACHER Mark Henderson of Nyingma Institute
Learn the practice of Shakyamuni, based on Lama Mipham’s Treasury of Blessings.
August 6: Classical Indian Music with GUEST TEACHER Will Marsh
Enjoy live sitar music and an introduction to Classical Indian Music.
August 13: Sound Healing with GUEST TEACHER Lydia Hwang
Lay down and relax to the angelic, peaceful sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and more.
NOTES FOR ONLINE SESSIONS:
- Please have a strong internet connection.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before start time.
- You will need a quiet, uninterrupted space.
- You can use a meditation cushion or chair for the meditation; a yoga mat for yoga.
- The session will be recorded and shared with each person who registers.

Rosalyn White has studied meditation and Tibetan art under the guidance of the Tibetan Buddhist teacher, Tarthang Tulku, for over forty years. She holds a BFA in Fine Arts from the California College of Art and a teaching credential from UC Berkeley. She is currently Co-Director of Ratna Ling and has been teaching classes in meditation and sacred art for over 25 years.
