A Place to Rest – Yoga & Meditation Retreat

For your safety and ours, we require proof of vaccination from all visitors and residents of Ratna Ling Retreat Center. All participants will wear masks indoors, and some classes may be offered outdoors. We wish to provide peace of mind for all of our guests.
As we navigate these times of uncertainty and change, we need a place of refuge, a time for rest, a space to reset. Let Ratna Ling be that place for you to find respite and quiet. Allow meditation and yoga to be tools for you to find calm, centeredness, and groundedness again.
This 2-night retreat is a quick reset for your nervous system. It includes:
-2 Tibetan yoga classes
-2 meditation sessions
-a nature walk
-reading materials and journal for self-reflection

4:30pm Nature Walk + Tour
9:00am Tibetan Yoga
Meals during the pandemic:
Your meals will be either delivered to your cottage OR served at the Lodge. We ask guests to dine outdoors at the Lodge.
