Relax and Restore with Dana Sweeney

With Dana Sweeney

November 12 - 14, 2021

Program is fully booked
For your safety and ours, we require proof of vaccination from all visitors and residents of Ratna Ling Retreat Center. We wish to provide peace of mind for all of our guests.

As we navigate another year of this pandemic, many of us find ourselves overwhelmed with change, stress, isolation, loss, grief, and anxiety.  This retreat is designed for all of us to take a moment to pause and give ourselves the space to soften, release, and heal.  This is a time to connect as a spiritual community and process our collective  struggles in the past few years.  Let’s come together to rest, move, and share with each other.   Yoga, writing, meditation, and ritual will be offered to support our process.

Dana Sweeney is our special guest teacher, who is based in Portland and San Francisco. She is the founder of yogagosf.com, keeping yoga accessible and inclusive in studios and on site at work, school, or home. For more info, check out https://www.danasweeneyyoga.com/
