Join Dharma College for this very practical course that focuses on how we can refine and improve our decision-making, practice improved communication with our teams, increase concentration and balance our energy.

We will be developing the tools to overcome resistance and obstacles with more ease.

Classes will be highly experiential, and you will have the opportunity to share your own challenges and successes with your classmates.
