All of us at Dharma College are excited to offer a new immersive experience. We are now opening the doors of our landmark school building to our Dharma students! Come join us for a time of rest and awakening to the true nature of mind and body in the most beautiful setting in the heart of downtown Berkeley, California!

Are you feeling burned out and stressed? Maybe you are in desperate need of some quiet time to restore your body and clear the brain fog? Come relax with us in a mindful atmosphere as we guide you in practices for transforming your intention. After you have time to reset, you will return to the world with both your mind and body in complete harmony!

This urban retreat series is a supplemental extension of Dharma College’s core mission; to offer refuge and end suffering through an understanding of mind and self. You will have time to practice in a beautiful meditation space over the weekend in the heart of downtown Berkeley.

Please join us and take this opportunity to explore wisdom teachings while engaging a series of simple meditative practices. We will share our most important jewels of knowledge with you in the hopes of guiding you to an understanding of your highest purpose in life.
