Are you in need of a break? Just some time and space for quiet and a change of scenery?  Ratna Ling is hosting a series of personal retreat in our great outdoors.
A space and ease retreat at Ratna Ling can be described as a transformative experience where you can find solace, rejuvenation, and inner peace. It provides a sanctuary for self-reflection, mindfulness practices, and deep relaxation in a serene and natural setting. Participants can engage in various activities such as meditation, yoga, hiking, and contemplative practices to enhance their well-being and connect with your inner self. The retreat offers a supportive environment for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery, allowing individuals to recharge and realign with their true essence.

The schedule is light, giving you ample time for reflection and walks in the redwoods or at the beach. Good and lovely healthy vegetarian meals. We also have lovely reading materials and online inspiration for your evenings.
