With Maria Helena Kubrusly and Linda Copenhagen
July 12 - 14, 2024
Join us for a weekend of self-discovery and inner peace at Ratna Ling’s exclusive Meditation Retreat. Here you can take the time to reflect on your thoughts, words, and actions and learn to create spaciousness in your mind and your life.
Immerse yourself in serene surroundings and embrace an atmosphere conducive to deepening your meditation practice. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just starting, this retreat offers a nurturing space for everyone seeking inner peace and mindfulness.
Through a blend of Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga and a variety of meditation practices, we’ll learn tools that will support us to contact and expand our awareness.
Together, we’ll uncover the intricate relationship among body, breath, senses, mind, and environment. Witness how each element supports and harmonizes with the others, creating a beautiful synergy within.
