Awakening Flow: Vinyasa, Massage & Sound

With Dana Hancock and Melody Hopkins

May 21 - 23, 2027

We welcome Dana Hancock and Melody Hopkins of Sebastopol to offer a nourishing self-care retreat that will leave you both revitalized and relaxed!

When Spring is in full swing, we can allow our intentions to powerfully guide us through the coming months. We utilize awakening energy to nourish us and move us through life with the balance of effort and ease.

This Spring retreat combines the vitality and fluidity of vinyasa yoga with the quieter practices of massage, yin & restorative yoga, and sound healing to invite overall wellness and vitality.  You will experience the balance of strong, soft, and quiet through practice, discussion, and relaxation, getting deeply nourished in body, mind, and spirit.

This weekend includes:

  • Daily dynamic and energizing Vinyasa yoga paired with restorative yoga in the evenings
  • Dharma and spiritual insights to inspire practice and integrate into everyday life
  • Specialized lymphatic facials and fascial release massage treatments offered (at an additional cost) by Melody Hopkins using organic oils and fresh, local skincare products
  • Delicious all vegetarian cuisine
  • Relaxing in the natural beauty of Ratna Ling among the redwoods

*If you’d like to book a massage or facial at an additional cost, please call or text Melody Hopkins at 707-787-8076.
